Interconnect Therapy was established in May of 2023 and since has rapidly, and excitedly, emerged as a vital resource for children with neuro-differences and disabilities.

Our team of three dedicated clinicians has successfully built a thriving behavioral & occupational therapy practice and supportive community. We now seek to expand our occupational therapy services through the creation of a specialized sensory gym—a critical resource for children with various conditions including low muscle tone, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Autism, physical disabilities, sensory processing disorders and more.

While Interconnect Therapy cannot single-handedly address this vast need of readily accessible therapeutic sensory gyms, we are strategically positioned to make an immediate impact. We have secured a space ready for renovation, and while our initial goal is to establish one fully-equipped sensory gym, we maintain the vision for potential future expansion.

Our project will be completed in three strategic phases with a budget of  $30,000:

Phase One: ADA Compliance & renovation

Phase Two: Infrastructure Development

Phase Three: Therapeutic Equipment Installation

Each phase has been carefully planned to ensure we create a fully accessible, safe, and effective therapeutic environment for our clients. Our target completion date is July 2025, driven by an existing waitlist of children requiring specialized sensory gym equipment for their Occupational Therapy services.

While the quantitative impact of this project may be measured in numbers served, the qualitative impact on individual children and their families will be immeasurable, creating ripple effects throughout their lives and our community
