  • Taylour Ganster, MS, BCBA

    Founder / Behavior Therapist

As a trauma-informed clinician, my values embody connection, learning (and sometimes unlearning) & empowerment. Mindfulness is at the forefront of my therapy sessions.

I offer a holistic approach to therapy and coaching using a variety of evidence-based practices that embrace the neurodiverse* community. I work to create interconnectedness within the family system to identify values using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) among other methods that produce positive outcomes. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, where I embrace and celebrate autonomy and individualism.

With over 15 years of experience working closely with children of all ages in the field of psychology, child development and applied behavior analysis, I cherish each interaction I’ve had thus far. My experiences have brought me much knowledge and a unique understanding of the neurodivergent* community (Autism, ADHD, etc.) and the importance of uplifting and celebrating individuality. I have worked in classrooms, in the community, therapy clinics and homes of children with Autism and other developmental diagnoses for many years. I work with a variety of clients both identifying as neurotypical* and neurodivergent* and welcome everyone to my practice.

I received my B.S. in Psychology at SFSU and pursued a M.S. in Psychology and Child Development from Capella University in 2015. I received my BCBA certificate in 2017 where I have been a practicing Behavior Analyst since. I have been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for the past 13 years and am trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and several other modalities that are evidence-based.

  • Kelly Van Clief, MS, OTR/L

    Occupational Therapist

My sessions are guided by the principle of "regulation before expectation." This means creating a safe, trusting, and empowering environment where children feel supported to explore and grow at their own pace.

I am a dedicated pediatric therapist with nearly a decade of experience in empowering children to reach their fullest potential. I graduated from Elizabethtown College with a master's degree in Occupational therapy in 2014. I highly value collaboration, particularly with parents and caregivers. I believe that progress is most effective when strategies are seamlessly integrated into a child's daily life, which is why I actively involve and support families in the therapy process. In my quest to provide the best possible care, I've pursued various professional development courses focusing on neurodiversity-affirming care, strengths-based approaches, reflex integration, and self-regulation. I'm also interested in areas such as infant development, sleep hygiene, and especially supporting parents/caregivers in their vital roles.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm passionate about adapted recreation and promoting hobbies and leisure activities, particularly in the outdoors. Feel free to ask me about these interests—I'm always eager to share and learn!

  • Erin Eastwood, MS, BCBA

    Behavior Therapist

I am passionate about continued professional development particularly focused on neuroaffirming practices.

With six years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education, I have valued each of my experiences working with individuals in school, in-home/clinic, and residential settings. As a dedicated clinician, I have valued building connections with learners and collaborating with families to foster independence through a client-centered approach.

I received my undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Studies, along with minors in Education, Psychology, and Deaf Studies, from Springfield College in 2019 and went on to complete my graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders at Bay Path University.  Since receiving my BCBA certification in 2023, I have enjoyed gaining knowledge and experience within the field.

“I highly suggest Taylour as a therapist, she worked with my son for many years. My son LOVES her and she truly changed his life. Today he is happy and thriving. He is in a general ed classroom and at grade level; something I truly don’t think could have happened without her. He is now who he was meant to be. The same person he was before but with the skills to be happy without his former struggles. Is he still autistic? Yes of course, but he is thriving and fully functioning in the world as a happy child with many friends.”
